The easy version has 10 common Halloween words (witch, ghost, bat, cat, pumpkin) in a 10×10 grid, horizontal and vertical only — perfect for Grade 1. The medium version adds diagonals and a larger grid for Grade 2 and 3. The hard version includes backwards words and all eight directions, which is the right difficulty for Grade 4 and up, including adults at a Halloween party.
